Nh Capri La Habana Hotel, Havana

I had a fantastic stay at the NH Capri Hotel in Havana! The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Sunian and Avianna, who went out of their way to make me feel special. The rooftop pool was delightful, but remember to sort out the room credit at check-in to avoid any last-minute runs for cash. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great service and a lovely atmosphere.

My stay at NH Capri in Havana was quite enjoyable! Although it's not located in the center of Old Havana, it’s close enough for easy access while providing a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff were lovely, and our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was impressive, but I'd say dinner at the hotel was a bit on the pricier side. I spent 10 wonderful nights at this hotel and couldn't be happier with my experience! The friendly and helpful staff, especially Suni and Adrianna, truly made us feel like family. My only downside was a minor issue with the bathroom flooding during showers, but it didn't completely ruin our stay.
